I have been lending on commercial and residential property for over 23 years. I grew up in Bend, attended school here, and love it with a passion. In addition to lending, I also list and sell property through Pacific Rim Real Estate in the Bend area
After much consideration, I've decided to align myself with Skyline Financial Corp, a Mortgage Bank out of California and its Northwest region. My office is still located in the Alexander Drake Building in downtown Bend, Oregon, the same office I've been in since 2002. Skyline Financial brings the lending horsepower needed to dominate the marketplace. Skyline Financial is a mortgage bank which means underwriting, and document preparation are done in right in the office. How many companies can say that? In fact, the underwriter is just a couple doors away. In addition to the in house underwriting, Skyline has the “Full Eagle designation” which is the top rated FHA rating. Essentially, most other companies have to take your file after it is approved and send it in for a second approval. That’s not the case with this top designation. Access to money at incredibly low rates is what it's all about. But having access to those rates without the ability to close deals doesn't go very far. Through the affiliation with Skyline I am able to provide the most competitive rates in the marketplace. I have focused primarily on construction to permanent loans and purchase transactions, but that doesn't mean with these historic low rates that we can't simply refinance your home. I've used the slogan "Experience Counts" in the past. I can't imagine a time in history that this statement is more true. In today's crazy mortgage and housing market, it's nice to have a Mortgage Professional that has seen it all. I'll still ask you all the hard questions, and help navigate you through the loan process, but it's through that experience that will prevent you from jumping through all the hoops just to see your loan go sideways. |
